The Disability Law News is a quarterly newsletter published for DAP Advocates.  In this issue, our lead article addresses the fight for change and our pledge and commitment as DAP Advocates to stand in solidarity with Black and Brown Lives. We continue to highlight the Covid-19 crisis and discuss how the Social Security Administration (SSA) and advocates are responding and provide updates on the stimulus payment. Also in this issue, there are several new Regulations, Administrative and Court Decisions. The Bulletin Board has also been updates with new Supreme Court and Second Circuit Decisions.
