In September 2015, new legal guidelines for temporary and post-divorce maintenance, as well as spousal support, were signed into law. Many key provisions in the law will go into effect on January 23, 2016, so this webinar will educate participants in advance about the updates, as well as their impact on poor and limited income victims of intimate partner violence.
