Abandoned Foreclosure Cases and Dismissals for Want of Prosecution

Shannon Sswiatek December 02, 2015

This webinar, taught by a panel of practitioners experienced with motions to dismiss for failure to prosecute, covers the governing law and discusses strategic considerations when plaintiffs allow foreclosure actions to languish.
