Lee Ana is the Volunteer Project Manager of Creating Assets, Savings & Hope (CASH.), a community coalition led by Empire Justice and the United Way of Greater Rochester. She works out of Empire Justice Center’s Rochester office. As Volunteer Project Manager, she is responsible for the recruitment and retention of 500+ volunteers and participates in development and execution of training. Her formal education includes a Bachelor of Science International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Literature from Roberts Wesleyan College. Before this position at CASH, she was a Primary Literacy Promoter with the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, she served as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer in CASH working with the Volunteer Program manager on recruitment and marketing. Ms. Hess grew up in the City of Rochester and is bilingual.
