Keith Jensen is a Public Benefits Litigation Paralegal with the Empire Justice Center’s Rochester office. Keith graduated from the University of Rochester in 2016, where he played varsity tennis and interned with U.S. Senator Kirstin Gillibrand’s Rochester office. Keith first joined the Empire Justice Center as a Disability Advocacy Program (DAP) Paralegal from 2016-18. He then attended the University at Buffalo School of Law, where he was a Student Attorney with UB Law’s Civil Rights and Transparency Clinic (2019-21) and promoted a positive atmosphere for LGBTQ students and their allies as the Vice President of OUTLaw (2020-21). Keith received UB Law’s 2017 Summer Human Rights Fellowship and worked with the Center for Elder Law and Justice’s Long-Term Care Ombudsman Unit, focusing on long-term care and involuntary nursing home discharges. In 2020, Keith was a Summer Associate with the National Health Law Program’s Health Care Litigation Unit in Chapel Hill, NC.
