Jacqueline “Jackie” DiBella joined the Empire Justice Center team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for CASH/ROC Your Family’s Future Project (RYFF) Division located in the Bausch & Lomb Library Building at 115 South Avenue. Jackie has a wealth of experience in an office setting owning her own business for twenty years and transitioning to teaching public speaking and interpersonal communications at SUNY Genesee Community College for twelve years.  Jackie primarily nurtured international students to remove their fear of public speaking and to build a supportive and positive learning environment.  The students were cultured to build self-confidence and personal growth. Jackie received both her Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College. Jackie has a passion for musical theatre and has been a member of the Board of Downstairs Cabaret, Advisory Board of JCC CenterStage and a champion of OFC Creations Theatre Center, GEVA and Rochester Broadway Theatre League.
