Jaclyn Segouin is the Program & Marketing Manager of the Crime Victims Legal Network, a federally-funded partnership between the New York State Office of Victim Services, the Empire Justice Center, Pro Bono Net, and the Center for Human Services Research at the State University of New York at Albany. The New York Crime Victims Legal Network works to connect victims of crime with the civil legal services they need through the development of technology solutions.
Jackie graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and then went on to get her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2019. She has previous experience as a marketing manager implementing strategic campaign initiatives, social strategy and brand awareness. Jackie has also interned with the Unified New York Court System and various political offices during her undergraduate academics.
