Mary Lynn Bradley retired in 2024 after dedicating 30 years to the banking industry. Her most recent position was at M&T Bank, where she played a pivotal role in collaborating with nonprofit and mission-driven organizations. Lynn specialized in developing creative financial models and structures that leveraged conventional bank loan products alongside New Market Tax Credits (NMTC), Historic Tax Credits (HTC), Opportunity Zone Credits, and Equity Equivalent Investments (EQ2). Through these efforts, she helped bring affordable housing and community facilities to low- and moderate-income communities across New York, New England, and the Mid Atlantic States. Prior to her time at M&T Bank, Lynn served as Vice President at The Community Preservation Corporation. In this role, she was responsible for developing construction and permanent financing solutions for rental properties that qualified under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
