Jordan Daniels

Jordan is the Student Loan Paralegal on the Education Debt Consumer Assistance Program (EDCAP) team. Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Policy from SUNY Albany. Prior to joining Empire Justice Center, Jordan worked as a Senior Adjudicator for the New York State Department of Labor’s Unemployment Insurance Division. She acted as the primary contact for the Governor’s Office to distribute priority benefit determinations throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. She has a passion for volunteering with various non-profit organizations throughout the Capital Region including Rehabilitation Support Services and U.S Committee for Refugees & Immigrants. Jordan plans to dedicate her professional career to educating and advocating for underrepresented communities. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and karaoke.
