The Inclusive Housing Coalition and its six organizational members provided joint comments on the final draft of the City of Rochester’s new zoning code. While the coalition is pleased with many of its changes from the 2023 draft, it asks the City Planning Commission to recommend that the final draft incorporate its suggestions before it goes to City Council.
