Online Drop Off Tax Service

This Online Drop Off Service allows clients to provide the necessary paperwork and documentation online without the need to visit our site in person and avoid wait times. Please review the step by step process below for eligibility and next steps.

                               

Step by Step Process
Step 1: Review the following information

To qualify for CASH Online Services, you must have :

· Worked and lived only in New York State and

·  Did not worked nor lived New York City and/or Yonkers and

·  Total household income:
  $56,000 or less with dependents
  $25,000 or less without dependents

Income cannot include the following:

· Military Income

·  Rental property income

· Sale of stocks, bonds, etc.


Step 2:   Review the following information

To use our Online Service, you must:

·  Be comfortable using e-mail communications

·  Provide phone number with working voicemail that can accept messages

·  Access to an electronic device to complete online forms and upload required documents (picture/files)

·   Willingness to use DocuSign to complete online forms, upload documents, and sign completed tax return.


 

Step 3: Verify if you qualify for our service.

If you meet these requirements and would like to use this service, please:

Click on the button below to take our online survey to see if you qualify. Once completed, there will be a link on the quiz to send you to DocuSign. This is where you will need to complete the intake paperwork and upload the required documents.

 

 

Step 4: Tax Return Processed

CASH is automatically notified once you complete the necessary paperwork. CASH will be in contact with an estimated time of tax return completion.  If there are questions, CASH will notify you.
